Garfield Heights hosts forum on drugs and addiction
Garfield Heights will host a forum to discuss the problems of drugs and addiction.
"Drugs and Addiction" will be presented from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12 at the Garfield High School Performing Arts Center, 4900 Turney Road. The program is designed to educate the community about addiction and how to recognize signs of addiction.
Speakers will present first-hand testimonials about the problem,as well as information about prevention and treatment.
The program is free. Transportation and child care arrangements will be available. Refreshments will be served following the forum. For information or to make transportation arrangements, call 216-475-5549.
